Our process - How we work
We work close to the client, from the first meeting to launch. Clear communication, tight collaboration, and iterations. Every project is run so that scope, dates, and quality stay readable — and the product can be maintained after go-live.

Discovery
The first step of the collaboration. We learn the client’s vision, business goals, and project constraints.
Through conversations and workshops we gather requirements, set the scope, and agree a direction. Discovery should produce a shared, concrete picture — before design and development start.
This phase is the foundation for the work that follows: ideas take shape, and the possible solutions become clear.

Design and prototype
Here we turn discovery decisions into an interface. Designers and engineers work together on something users can actually read.
We ship successive prototypes so the client can see the product before full implementation. Constant feedback turns assumptions into screens that carry business value.
Iterations let us test design decisions early. The final product then fits user expectations and the company’s goals more closely.

MVP
In the MVP phase we ship the features that matter first: a working slice of the product that captures the core value — without building everything at once.
We keep progress visible and collect feedback as we go. Shared ownership of scope lets clients steer the product before it grows.
An MVP shortens the path to a first release and to real user feedback. It is the foundation for further development, not a one-off demo.

Product development
On the MVP foundation we move to building the full solution.
Clients stay in the loop: open dialogue lets us correct course as we go and keep the product aligned with real requirements.
Iterations give flexibility: new features, better performance, and a clearer user experience as the work progresses.
At this stage we test, catch defects, and tighten security and performance so the solution meets the agreed standard.
